Had my first experience removing potentially bad cells at Seaside Dermatology. The medical assistant and physician's assistant (PA) were very kind and completely understood my concern. The procedure was over in a few minutes The entire staff was extremely friendly; I was never kept waiting!
We highly recommend this practice. My husband and I are very satisfied with our care.
Great experience, friendly staff. Prescriptions I needed were placed right after a I left so I picked them up on my way home. Busy place so make appointments early.
Very satisfied with this office. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office is efficient as I was never kept waiting more then just a few minutes in both the waiting room and exam room. And after my visit I had a question and my phone call was returned promptly. I highly recommend SD dermatology! It's a pleasure to be treated in an office so well run. Congrats on a great staff!
Had my first appt and really like Dr. Gibson and all the staff. Very professional and answered all my questions.
So went to appointment today that was scheduled a month ago just to hear that it was not even in the system. I got the appointment card to prove that it was today. When the staff at the front desk was told, we got no help or feedback, just attitude. Instead of being squeezed in for a mistake that was not ours, we got turned away after driving an hour and prepaying for the procedure that is very costly. My husband and I went for a routine check, and they were very professional and thorough. It was a great experience!
Great staff. Great Dr. Dr Gibson came in with a smile and answered all my questions. She listened and gave me all the time I needed. She didn't push anything on me and gave options. She even knew what it cost for a procedure. She will be our go to Dr. for all our dermatology needs.
