I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. I booked a massage twice, and both appointments were cancelled only about two hours before the scheduled time. I understood the first cancellation because the therapist wasn’t feeling well. However, having the second appointment cancelled the same way was extremely frustrating. I had kept my schedule clear for this appointment, only to receive another last-minute cancellation. After this happened twice, I have no confidence in booking here again.
Go and see Denver Hiltz YESTERDAY! Ladies, this man is respectful, checks in consistently, ensures you're comfortable, and is so considerate. I started to see him at the beginning of my pregnancy and my only regret is not finding out about him sooner. #NotAnAd
