We came in for an appointment with Dr. Zina today, and the doctor advised us to get bloodwork done before our follow-up next week. We were instructed to collect the requisition form from reception so we could discuss the results at our next appointment. However, the receptionist refused to provide the bloodwork requisition, saying she would give it to us next week.
