RecommendedRegan, our Sealyham Terrier, came home from Seascape Pet Spa today looking wonderful. We took in a scruffy puppy and got back a show dog. We have been seeing Cindy for about 12 years and she has always done a great job. Regan can't wait to go into the shop pushing through the door with tail wagging.
On 20 Dec 2019, this sorry salon kept my dog in a cage without water or food for 8 hrs. I guess she was the last to be groomed. It appeared that she was not washed or cut properly. While there, she chewed on the cage or something & ate plastic because she was starving. This caused diaherra, vomit & nicked her anal gland coming out. She was on antibiotics, nutritional suppliments & GI track meds for 10 days. She is still on antibiotics. She had been going to this salon for over a year. Our dog left with a gash on her back leg that had been glued. We found it because our dog kept pulling at the glue and we found blood everywhere. So dishonest. I wish she (Cindy) would have just told us. We even asked if everything was ok with our Lola because it was her first time to go to Cindy, we just moved to the area 1 month ago. She indicated all went well and gladly took our money and sent us out the door. Our Lola is our baby, we are so hurt and disappointed in the lack of care and integrity.
This was the worst place I have ever been in. She is rude and abusive. If you care about your dog, NEVER go here
Cindy is the best! Sadie goes for a grooming session every time we are in Orange Beach.
My sister n law took her golden doodle at 8:30 couldn't pick up til 5:05 not to mention the cut was TERRIBLE didn't even look like her Molly she also had razor burns on both side of her neck She specifically told them no shave to scissor cut never even called to notify her of them shaving her Never will she take her there again
Cindy did an excellent job on Grace and Millie, they are Border Collies. Cindy bathed, brushed them out and fluffed them up. I was pleased.
