Customer service from Brandy was amazing! We came from Fresno for a convection microwave, and this is how she "wowed" us; 1.She took the display model and plugged it up to make sure that we understood how it worked. 2. She showed us online reviews and youtube tutorials. 3. She showed us one in the box, ding-free, yay! 4. She did it all with a bright smile and we were out of the store within 15 minutes with exactly what we wanted! She deserves a raise!
I went to this sears to ONLY buy a refrigerator and came out with a washing machine a 6 seating dinning table and a king size mattress my experience was amazing I was very pleased with the way Tiffany, Scott, Brandy and the young man (sorry I forgot his name) that loaded our appliances every one of them treated me with respect and very friendly Thank you guys I will be back soon
