Brandy was my sales associate. She was very friendly and helpful as soon as I entered the store and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I am overall very satisfied with my dryer purchase and would shop there again.

I recently purchased a few much needed items from the Sears Outlet stores in Modesto. I had a great experience. They even called the next day to make sure everything was working well. Ask for Brandy if you want a personal sales associate that will go the extra mile!

I was recently in the store with my wife shopping for a mattress. Tiffany provided excellent customer service as well as her whole team. She was very helpful and took care of us through the sale and after the sale. I recommend that people look at this store before they make a final purchase. We'll be back in a couple of weeks to look at new washers and dryers. Good products at a reasonable price.

Checked out a couple of chairs a while ago but didn't have my truck with me to get them - lucky me! Picked them up during their black Friday sale and saved a TON! Great service, will be back!!
