My husband and I were greeted by KJ upon entering the store. He assisted us in purchasing a refrigerator. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, friendly. The purchase was made easily. Warranty is absolutely trash. Sales guys pitch it as a no hassle warranty to cover your furniture for 5 years, but then when you file a claim 2 years after purchase, they claim seam tears and mechanical structure is not covered under the warranty. "The plan you purchased from American Freight does cover your furniture for accidental rips, cuts and punctures however seam separation, stress tears and other manufacturing related defects are not coverages of your plan. Never going back to sears outlet stores, they don't stand behind their products or appliances and sell you a worthless warrantee if the appliance doesn't work. I had bought a fridge here and they neglected to inform me it was used. I hauled it home to find it didnt keep the food cool but was at 57 degrees. They don't test their appliances and sell appliances that cannot be repaired. I had repairmen out 10 times and it still kept food a t room temp.

I never knew shopping for a brand new mattress could be so much fun yet frustrating. Thank you to nicki and the sears outlet team in Fresno for making it such a amazing experience. I totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a deal on a mattress that are not only reasonable but the quality is there. I will Be recommending this place to my family and friends. They also have appliances as well. But let me remind you that they get new inventory all the time so first come first serve. You snooze you loose. Thank you!

This Outlet store is a cool place to shop. I found a lot of tools that I didn’t know they had. I came in because of a sales I saw in line. Great customer service at the Huber Heights Ohio store!

Today my husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this store. We was greeted by the store manager Mr. Wheat. This guy was amazing” customer service to die for. He was on top of his game, As well as the other employees. We purchased a nice piece of furniture and was completely satisfied. I will recommend this store to those who like superb customer service.

This place out and out lies to people. I was told I was signing up for 90 days same as cash and then told they don't offer that. They don't tell the truth then talk to you like you have no sense and state that was not what was told. So disappointed, they had some beautiful furniture.
