Never again will we be shopping at this store. The employees need to be better trained with the programs they are offering. We purchased a washer and dryer over a year ago, the employee made it seem like we were getting an excellent deal but never mention that if we didnt buy out we would only be "renting" our washer & dryer. So now we are still making payments more then three times what it would of been if we had paid cash. We purchased a refrigerator yesterday and realized they had missed a credit when ringing up the merchandise so I went back today and Ms. Brandy made the adjustment, then she called the 800 number to Sears for me to be sure the correct amount was placed on our account, she was pleasant to me, though I wasn't originally as nice, but her follow through was excellent and her patience with me!!! Ryan has helped me a few times, always point out the best value and I always leave spending a bit more but she has been correct. Now she is keeping watch for a new fridge for me. Why I keep coming back
My boyfriend and I were in the market to get a new fridge since ours was no longer good. We went to so many stores and ended up going back to the Sears Outlet. We were greeted by Latisha and she ended up helping us through the whole time. I just wanted to praise her for answering all of our questions honestly and giving us the best customer service. Its pretty cheap I got a fridge from there for 700$ . I recommend if your looking for appliances shop here first. And you can get it on a payment plan.
