Upon unpackaging our wall oven that we bought, we found major damage to the unit handle and door from shipping. I was really concerned that we would have a difficult time returning it or getting a new one as the original one took 6 weeks to be delivered and the customer service 1-800 line was super unhelpful. Luckily, Arti at Sears Outlet Austin took care of the return and got us a new unit in 3 days. He was so helpful and friendly. Give this guy a raise!
