I will NEVER visit this store again! After three trips with a promise of helping us purchase a new dishwasher we left with a manager telling us to “listen and learn” and yelling good-bye from the middle of the store.. They tried selling us things such as a warranty and piping even though this would be covered under our current warranty.. Saved over $500 on new refrigerator that had a couple scratches on side that is covered up by cabinets. Assistant manager Allan was great. I picked up myself onlybecause i needed as soon as possible, but they had ready for me and put in back of pickup for me. Highly recommend shopping Sears outlet before making costly appliance purchases.
Great experience buying a new dishwasher. Vicki was our salesperson and was incredibly knowledgeable. Absolutely refreshing to find someone so passionate about their job. This place is refrigerator heaven. Probably had 300 in stock. Our dishwasher is now installed and working perfectly and my hands have never been happier.
Don't ever buy anything from this store bought a dryer here a month ago day one hooked it up had a gas leak called Sears to get it repaired they said it was impossible for it to leak gas I had them come pick it back up and issue me a refund. Now almost a month later still didn't get my refund so I had the drive to the store to get my money back don't ever buy anything from this place they are the worst
