Another bad incident when using sears!~!!! Delivery a day late and purchased washer and dryer, upon delivery...dryer okay and washer not, so a whole nother incident and not happy. Would I use sears again...would not refer anyone to them that is how frustrated I am!!!

Don't go to this outlet! If I could give it a zero I would!! Went and bought a washer and dryer got it delivered and installed, 1 week later the washer was deemed unrepairable and should have never been sold, went back picked out another one got it delivered, did first wash flooded my laundry room! Went back to store was promised a brand new one out of the box, it came today for delivered and the guys wouldn't take it off the truck because the whole side of the machine was dented!!!
