Let me start by saying that I’ve been a sears customers for years and love outlets store, especially for appliances. Anyway, on to the point of my post. I recently bought a fridge in Oct 2018 and the fridge broke down. After two service tickets they (sears) decided to just replace it. Great news expect no one told me. honor the same warranty as Sears. Don't hide the fact the outlets are no longer owned by Sears and Sears will not honor the warranty.

Customer service in the Appliance Department is horrible!!🤬
Never again. Such poor customer service. I bought a frig from them. By the time it reached me, there were more scratches and dents in it than there had been when i purchased it. The delivery man noted a break in the water line as soon as he installed it and called for a repair order. That was a month ago. Now they are refusing to fix it. Sears outlet says "call our repair center" . Repair center says "call Samsung". Samsung says call anybody but us.
