I came in the other week to get a new washer and was able to walk out with a washer and dryer combo that I loved! The person who helped was very friendly and patient with me even tho I had a hard time making up my mind!!! Definetly gonna come back when I need more stuff. Thanks again! I always received a very nice price for them too!
Awful customer service. If you think it's hard to get some attention when you are shopping wait until after you walk out the door. I've never witnessed worse service in my life

I have never once received a phone call back from this store. I am still waiting for this store to process a return for a fridge that died a few weeks after purchase. We've been without a fridge for 3 days now and I have yet to hear anything, yet when I call either the store doesn't bother answering the phone or I get blown off saying they "promise" they'll call me the next day. Not once have they ever returned a phone call.
