Great service and pricing. Riley is great to work with and has really done a great job improving this location. There was a error when trying to place an online order. When I went in the store the next day he explained the server issue and took care of me right away with great professionalism. Thanks again..we almost have a matching kitchen of all kenmore appliances from sears outlet. Only a dishwasher left to get.

I am working with Donna and Peter on getting my new couch. This store has the best prices and selection around! Plus the delivery is awesome. Moved into a new place and bought all my furniture and appliances from them. Never going to another store again!! I will recommend this store to all my friends and family for all there household needs. You will have many new customers to come.

Went in and worked with the store manager Riley, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products! He didn't get upset when I dragged him around the entire store trying to decide between the white or the black appliances! I purchased a refrigerator on Dec 11th w/ a promised delivery date of Dec 19th. I was told the refrigerator that I purchased was delivered to someone else. As of today I still don't have a refrigerator, and know one knows when I'm going to get one and Christmas is in two days!!!!This store management has poor communication w/ delivery service. Regional Manager Maury Sinan I need to speak to you immediately!!!
I was told to come here to buy a washer...I purchased a washer....1100.$ I put a 300.$ deposit down on it! The washer was delivered, and did NOT WORK!!! It's been over 3 weeks, The washer was RETURNED! a couple days later! I'm still waiting on my 300.00$ to be returned to me!!! I've gotten nothing back!!! Please take care of this soon! Everytime I've called, they don't seem to know what's what! I don't know what to think... :(
