This is a wonderful outlet store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of appliances and other items. The store is neat and clean. I could literally spend an hour or more in there just browsing. I will definitely shop there again!!
Highly recommend Sears Outlet. We recently purchased a refrigerator, dryer, lawn mower, and grill. I was a bit overwhelemed with all the fridges to choose from and Pete was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping us make our selection. I will definently be back for future business!
Today I went to Sears Outlet and a associate name Riley was very helpful during my visit. He helped me find everything I was looking for and then some. Everyone was very polite and made me feel welcomed. Shoutout to them ���
We were looking all over to replace our broken microwave. It needed to be a certain size to fit on a 12" shelf. But it was still wide enough to handle larger dishes. Everywhere we looked it was close to $300 and special order. But sure enough Sears outlet in Willoughby had one "In Stock". We ran over there and sure enough it was there and "ON SALE" For about $140. The store was very organized and rearranged since the last time we were there. Great job by the management team and store manager Riley. THANKS... We will be back.
UPDATE: After communicating with Riley, the issue is being resolved. He is going above and beyond to help us with our refrigerator. I am extremely grateful and it's good to know that there are people like Riley in the world that are so helpful and kind, willing to find solutions. Thanks, Riley! I truly wish I wasn't writing this review. I will never give Sears my business again. They sold us a defective refrigerator at the Willoughby outlet store in September 2016. Awesome experience! Came in today for a new stove and Riley took excellent care of us! Not only did we end up buying a new stove but a microwave as well. He really took time to understand our needs and helped us find the best deals for what we were looking for. The model that I selected had a few flaws but he took the time to attempt to correct them! It is very rare this day and age to find such compassionate customer service.
