Fantastic --- stopped in on a whim before dinner to pick up a garage refrigerator . . . Donna helped us get everything done and scheduled for delivery in about 30 minutes (kids even had fun trying out all of the futons) --- fast and easy - great pricing!
I would love to thank Ms Donna and Mr Riley for all their help in helping me pick out a stove today , they went way out of there way to make it happen for me thank u my Stove will b delivered this Saturday. Now back to cooking for my Grandchildren, and my daycare truly blessed for going into the Sears Outlet Store in Willoughby. I will return they make u feel comfortable
I came here a few weeks ago casually looking at refrigerator the sales person was nice but the asst mgr. Very attentive and personal. So I came back after actually needing a fridge and I 1st met with Alan who was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a specific concern so he referred me to the mgr. on duty. The manager Pete Spivey, is who helped me weeks ago and this guy was awesome. I had a problem with my washer and dryer, I had one person who helped me solved that problem, her name is Donna, she is pretty amazing, she replaced my washer and I love it, she went above and beyond to help solve the problem, I didn't have the set for 4 days didn't get the chance to use it, manager told me to call service Dept, that wasn't fair to me cause I just bought it, I thank Ms. Donna from the bottom of my heart, I recommend seeing her if you need help in purchasing appliances from Sears Outlet, Ms. Donna you ROCK...... read more
Donna was amazing- knew her stuff- no pressure, good selection
Have to give major props to Donna and Riley for getting me a fridge that I could afford but also fit our lifestyle since mine took an untimely death!! Lol.. Donna and Riley went above and beyond and above again to get us what we wanted and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered our 500 questions...twice... then at the last minute Riley even came thru with even earlier delivery. I would definitely shop hwre again!!! The best appliance shopping experience I've had!!!
