This is the second purchase we have made from the Lansing, MI outlet store. Tammy was amazing with helping us with what we needed and getting things done. we will be back in the future, Sears is my step fathers favorite place to shop and I will continue for him since he has dementia.
good service by friendly staff, could use a couple more employees. The few employees that were werking were running their tails off to help all the customers. We found what we were looking for at a discounted price.
