Came in to purchase a fridge and was greeted right away. The staff was so nice and gave us our space when we asked to look around. They checked on us frequently and when we decided on a fridge they got us taken care of fast. In expensive fridge but super nice, saved almost $500 because of some dents that can be covered with a magnet. Recommend!
Tammy helped us and she was very helpful! We came back to buy the washer and dryer she recommended.

I went in looking at tool boxes I had seen advertised on sale. Tammy showed me what was in stock. She was very knowledgeable about the products and the difference between them. After purchasing a dryer at Sears in Frandor that arrived dented and with the wrong door, we decided to return it when the sales associate would not give us any options but to order again. We came to the Sears Outlet and experienced wonderful sales associates who were very helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions. Not only did we walk out with a new dryer, we also walked out with a deep freezer and new mattress set. We’ll definitely shop here again! You won’t be disappointed.
