Yes. Keith Curtis is exceptionally GREAT! I didn't feel pressured and he assisted me with care and concern. I didn't think I was going to be approved. I wasn't going to try. I walked away but, I felt kinda bad because he was very nice in assisting me so I figured what could I lose? I applied and was approved. He is a great salesperson.
Tammy was helpful and knowledgeable to answer all our furniture questions. Very happy with my service.
We purchased online. When we came to pick up our sofa the manager was very unprofessional and said "we don't have your item here, the online store sucks and doesn't accurately show what we have. You can ask for a refund though. It will take 24 to 72 hours...... Seriously what a joke. Horrible experience. Never buy from this place.
