I had wonderful service from Tammy Hahs sales manager at Sears Outlet at 810 Waverly Road in Lansing MI. She was extremely responsive in listening to my needs and understanding what was important to me in purchasing my items. She was thorough explaining features and helping to guide me to the best fit for me with a washer and fridg. I was having a tough day and she made it much more tolerable and I was smiling as I left the store. She is a keeper!!!!! Thanks Tammy!!
