I had a great experience and I am very pleased with my new sectional couch! Saw what I wanted from the ad in the mail, looked online and it was in stock at the store near me. I went to the store to check it out-it was the one I wanted. I went back a couple of says later to purchase it and received professional service from the associate who helped me. I took it home to my family and they also were very pleased with their new gift! I will definitely come back in the future.

Today, I was supposed to receive a fridge from sears outlet in Tacoma. When it arrived, it was a COMPLETELY different one than what we purchased. The delivery people where nice, checked our paperwork and said they would take it back and to call the store. (Sears outlet, Tacoma Wa) When we called the first person we talked to said 'ahhh....' and put us on hold for 10 minutes. If Sears is having a sale, this is a major waste of time. I went to Sears retail store on Friday and priced washers & dryers, then went to the outlet to see what they had for a bargain. The returned, scratched and dented models at the outlet were about $100 more than the sale price at the regular store for a brand new, never been used model. This is a farce to pull people in who think they're looking at bargains. Do your homework and look at the regular store's deals before ever going here. I have seen far better prices on appliances that are NOT used. So I was disappointed.
