We have never had a worse experience with any retailer. Avoid at all costs. We purchased a living room set more than two months ago and were told delivery within 3-6 weeks. In that time frame no one could give me an update to plan on a delivery date and I was told to wait. After 6 weeks, I call and no one knows has any idea what is going on. I’m very disappointed. I’ve purchased many appliances over the years from Sears Outlet and have always been happy with our purchase. Not this time. We were sold a dish washer that when installed doesn’t work. Now we are out all the money we spent, because it’s out of manufactures warranty and we can’t return the broken appliance we were sold. never had an issue with the store until today. waited over an hour by the washers. tried waving down the only 2 people I saw that I believe may have worked there. couldn't get any service at all. waste of a drive.
definitely talk to asst manager Robert Turner he is well versed in all aspects of his job he helped me with my furniture order without a problem he knew all the answers to all my questions that I had for him and also his fellow team members that help load are items not to sure what the gentlema's name was but he was a short African American male was polite and organized package neat which made easy for us to unload so I like say keep up the grand work that Robert is providing to his team which you can tell resonates with the... read more
