I've purchased two households worth of appliances from the Tacoma Sears Outlet over the years without an issue, making my life easy. That was until recently. I divorced and bought a new house 4 years ago. Nice stainless kitchen at the time, but I needed a washer and dryer immediately. Purchased some top rated LG's at a ridiculously low price from the Tacoma Outlet, but had to get one of them transferred from another store.. they made that happen. I appreciated the help.. Mike Obrien you are the best!!! We came in purchased a new refrigerator, Dishwasher, Micro hood...we still need a range at some point but not now. We will be coming back He was honest, didn't give us the run around...we are extremely happy with our purchases...THANK YOU MIKE O'BRIEN YOU ROCK!!!

Can't say enough about the customer service from Mike and his District Manager. I had a serious issue with my lease while I was deployed and although the leasing company was not able to resolve the issue, these two did! Go see Mike and he will take care of whatever you need and go the extra mile in customer service! WHP

UPDATE: purchased a washer last week that was terrible. Initial attempts to remedy were troublesome, service call was over 2 weeks out and frankly I didn't want trouble washer from the very first load attempted. Wife contacted the store and Carrie was wonderful to work with. She worked very hard and delivered another washer after talking to management today, only one week later. Wife is a happy laundry queen once again. Thank you Carrie

Had a excellent experience with the associates that helped me with my washer and fridge that I was looking for. I had certain measurements for the space that I had and they found what I needed.

My nail lady just told me about this place. She said she's updating appliances in her home and this place has the best pricing for everything. So we came down to look at riding lawnmowers. The store is very well organized so we found what we were looking for in about ten seconds! Then ten seconds later, we found the one my husband wanted. Curtis greeted us within another minute, answered all our questions and, bonus, found out that the mower we wanted was even less than the sticker price-yay!!! We went by the sears Tacoma outlet store multiple times and have found the pricing during any of there "huge sales" are inflated. There pricing when we were there went up 500$ during there sale. Be cautious of pricing. The store after filing a complaint did honor the pricing. I'm not sure this is so much as store level as Curtis from the store was helpful but more at a corporate policy level.
