Nothing but a positive experience here. Had an eye exam first and the Dr. was very kind and warm. The entire staff here was just very sociable and helpful, overall. They made a suggestion on frames after I had tried a couple on and I went with the suggestion because they looked great and I appreciated the fact they were actually lower priced than another option I was thinking about. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and organized. Had a very pleasant visit and will most likely be coming back again.
Had an appt. Only to have them tell me they are out of network for my insurance. Go home and check nope my insurance says they are in network.
Worst service ever! Been dealing with them since FEB, now it's April, and still don't have my contacts. Keep getting the run around. Very unprofessional, and un-organized. Stay Clear!!
