Worst customer service ever! We had an appointment to get our washer fixed - the window was 1:45 - 3:45. The guy showed up at 1:10 we were not here. We had someone here but she didn't know the answers he was asking. He said he would come back - never did and no phone call. We called four times and they said he would be here finally the last time we called they said there is nobody available .
