This USED TO BE my favorite place to get tires, batteries, general car stuff done. NOT ANY MORE....the worst now....had a mechanic who was brand new and had NO SKILLS on repairing tires, repair my tire without supervision. He could not get the tire off to remount a new one, don't think it ever got balanced, and he ONLY PUT 17 POUNDS OF AIR in the tire when completed. NO ONE CARED in the auto center. Person at the eye glass dept was rude will never go back
This sears doesn't even deserve one star. Today I called up the auto center and asked about scheduling an oil change and they said just to come in, first come first serve..okay, cool. Then I asked on the phone BEFORE I came in if they accept Groupon coupons for an oil change. The girl on the phone said yes. So I purchased my $47.99 oil change on the app and drove to sears. Placed an order at this store that was scheduled for delivery within 3 days of purchase, but has been rescheduled 4 times in 2.5 weeks with no valid explanation other than 'manufacturer communication'. I will NEVER do business of any kind with any Sears ever again.
