Why are none of your negative/poor reviews listed here? I put a very lengthy one on the email I received regarding your services. It appeared as though it would show up, but lo and behold, the only I see on here are good ones. Why is that? Your customer service is horrible and the wait time for a repairman for me was 11 days. Not to mention, your repairmen knocked the drain pipe off my washer and flooded my house!!! They were not here for anything remotely related to the drain pipe! Will never buy from Sears again.
After finding out from a local repair man that my old washing machine needed to be replaced I went to Sears. My husband was gone for a week on business and not only did I have the ever growing hampers of dirty laundry at home but I was going to have a weeks worth of my husbands laundry the following day. Picked out my new refrigerator Saturday, it was delivered and ready to go Wednesday. The guys hooked up my ice maker for me and even moved out my old refrigerator. Talk about customer service. Everyone at the store was great. Ryan worked with my budget and found exactly the refrigerator I needed. I will definitely return when I need another appliance!
