Sears hometown store has great friendly staff that are always willing to help, they are knowledgeable about their products! Would recommend them!
They were very patient with us taking our time picking out a fridge. Were also willing to look up the actual manufacturer and location for us when we questioned it (Kenmore=LG) Would have been nice if the delivery guys would have called before showing up and 10 am translated to 10:30.
Susan was great and Steve the delivery guy was great. Customer service at Sears Hometown is excellent and I recommend them highly. It’s good to see someone still cares about the customer
