I have gotten several items from this Sears and am more than satisfied. Recently I had an issue with a new refrigerator still under warranty and the local store managed to pull strings to get a repair person here the next day when there was a one week wait due to the 4th of July holiday. I am very impressed with their products and service and the unit was not even defective- just needed a reset
Thank you to Amanda for helping us get what we need on the spot. She was so amazingly nice & willing to help in anyway that she could. Will be going back for a cpl other appliance that we need for our home.
