We purchased a luxury queen mattress at Sears. Just recently, we bought a washer and dryer during their family and friends discount days! The customer service and even personal attention from the store manager, Ryan Maddox, was amazing. We couldn't have asked for better products with such a convenient location and excellent customer service. I'm looking forward to another mattress purchase very soon to accommodate our growing son!
I bought a refrigerator and paid to have it delivered and set up. I notice there was a hole inside behind the top draw with nothing in it .I told the manager about it he told me that is was no big deal he would order me a nut for it. Months later I ask the manager about it and he told me that he order it and had it delivered to my house by UPS. The manger said he would order me another one an have it ship to the store.
