We purchased a New Kenmore refrigerator less than 2 years ago. Had issues in the first few months, called for service tech came and said there is nothing wrong. Well here we are less than a year later and the refrigerator is dead. We called Sears and the manager said and I quote, " he doesn't care, we have to call the service line" Please folks save your self the hassle and do not purchase anything from Sears.
