The store is wonderful and always willing to help. We bought a Kenmore elite refrigerator. We love the refrigerator. Sales was wonderful and the sales clerk lady Brenda Pinnick is well versed in the appliances. The owner Pat Carroll helped arranging the delivery of the products...vary polite and professional. I recommend you check Greenwood Hometown Sears store first before any other stove. Pat store is great place to shop.
I sent my mom into the store today with a list of three wrenches to get if they had them. They didn’t but instead of helping her because she did ask for part numbers and prices they told her to look it up on Sears website herself. What a terrible way to treat an older lady asking for help. Will definitely not purchase anything from this store again.

Store owner, Pat, is something of a retail guru (and a real nice guy). He knows the product line and supply lines like the back of his hand. If there's anybody who can find you a deal on something, it's this guy.
