I bought a carpet cleaning groupon for Sears and made an appointment for 8am this morning. No one ever showed up and worse, no one ever returned my calls to fix it. I will be getting my money back from Groupon. Update - they called the next day to apologize. I wasn't on the schedule or in the system and the person I talked to who was the office person wasn't in yesterday. I'm fine with a simple mistake but you need to have someone checking messages throughout the day in just such an emergency.
