Showed up on time and did a great job! My carpet cleaning technician Luis did a great job and my carpets look great!
In July of 2017 we had our carpets cleaned by Sears they came out and clean the carpets when I wasn't home when I got home I noticed the carpets were very wet and saturated. After my wife repeatedly asked them to vacuum it more to get the water up. I immediately called the office. They told me they would send out a different crew to clean the carpets again.
