Awful everything. 3 guys showed up to clean 18 ducts in a 2 story home, only spent a half hour in the house, and didn't even go upstairs other than to piss all over our bathroom floor. The techs were unprofessional, disrespectful, impolite, and lazy. After they said they were finished and left we inspected the ducts to find they hadn't even cleaned a majority of them. I would not recommend this company or their services to my worst enemies. The carpet cleaning services were horrible, the customer service and quality control was even worse. We were disrespected, lied to, hung up on, stood up for a service call and just treated like dirt. When asking to speak with a supervisor, we were either given the run around, hung up on or the supervisors refused (yes... refused) to talk to me. SCAMMERS! bait and switch. Waited 4 hours and they did not bring the right equipment, then blamed me for not telling them what to bring. they had to come back the next day. Did not honor the 10 duct special and forced me to pay for every vent in the house. Blamed me for not telling the phone rep how many vents I had. Did not do the work, wrote 'No warranty" on the receipt as they knew I was going out of town. They were in my house less than an hour. Rep lied to dispatcher saying I only wanted a receipt. **Awful customer service**. Spoke with a representative last night and scheduled an appointment for 8-12 today. When no one showed up within the time frame, I called and found out that dispatch changed the appointment to 12-6 without calling to inform me. The representative on the phone (same one from last night) refused to take accountability for the change and blamed dispatch, refused to help remediate, and was very confrontational with me and told me that was my new appointment time. Marco Reyes was at my house bright and early. He called to confirm and arrived as scheduled. He listened to our concerns and executed a great cleaning. He was very thorough and our carpet looks amazing! I had a not so positive experience with Sears in the past but I will continue to use Sears and will request Marco Reyes to ensure great service!
Today, January 25, 2018, Marco Reyes came out to our home to clean our carpets! He was on time, even early, very professional, explained everything. He did a great job and recommended exactly what I needed, especially with our dog. My carpet looks brand new and my house smells great. He was quick and gave great customer service.
