Rubbish. Tried 4 times to schedule. They either don't show up or lie about the time/day they come.
Service was terrible !! And supervisor was extremely rude
DO NOT USE THEM. The worst service ever, cannot rely on them for anything.

In July of 2017 we had our carpets cleaned by Sears they came out and clean the carpets when I wasn't home when I got home I noticed the carpets were very wet and saturated. After my wife repeatedly asked them to vacuum it more to get the water up. I immediately called the office. They told me they would send out a different crew to clean the carpets again. The second crew came out and re-clean the carpets then proceeded to steal money from my family. So I called and complained again got the runaround for months finally reso... read more
