My experience at Sears was an awesome experience great customer service great communication informing me what was going on with my car I would recommend friends and family to patronize Sears car center
I waited 3 hours for 30 minutes worth of work. The car sat outside for 2 hours,and then sat on the lift for a hour completely untouched. The other few people that have been here(3 including myself) have waited 3+ hours for service. No wonder Sears had to sell craftsman to keep from going bankrupt.
