A terrible rip-off. I bought an oven and refrigerator from Sears at the same time, and have extended warranties on both. They were installed next to each other and I was specifically told that it would be fine to use the oven that close to the refrigerator; however, in the winter when I use the oven more, the food constantly goes bad. The repairman told me that it is Sears policy NOT to replace the stripping on the refrigerator, and that it is NOT in his job description to move the oven further away from the refrigerator. Very happy with my Sears tecnician came on time showed up nicely clean and smelling good took care of my dryer in no time explaind the problem and had the part ready to start working on a Saturday morning thank you mr Luis
Came by and said that my dishwasher must be putting out "some chemical" and he doesn't know what to do. A waste of my time, and my stainless steel dishwasher is still covered in a toothpaste like film after every washing.

On July 8, 2016, I had workmen from your company come to my house to repair my washer and dryer. Given my past experiences with workers in the washer and dryer area. I was not looking forward to this. Too often, I've dealt with dishonest or unfriendly people. I have to say, however, that I am extremely pleased both with the worker who came and with the quality of the job he produced. This is the second time this young man fixed my washer. He was on time. He explained what happen and why it happen. He made sure I understood what he had done before he left my house. It would make life easier if they had more hard workers like thiis young man.
The service person Franco was very knowledgeable and efficient. Franco let us know exactly what parts were needed and where to purchase them.
A tech came for the third time to repair my Kenmore washer (2005), which was not cleaning the clothes and left left them soaking wet. The techs run the washer through a short cycle which apparently seems to work but a few days after they leave, when I put up a load to wash, again I get no cleaning and no water extraction no matter which cycle I use. Sears has terrible customer service policies! I've had a warranty for the refrigerator that I pay for annually and when a repairman came a couple weeks ago to fix our freezer portion of the refrigerator he somehow broke the whole refrigerator which had been working fine and the next morning it was dead! The freezer had an "open" order on it for parts that would take a week to arrive and when after talking to 4 reps on the phone the last one named Kay was very condescending to me.
