Both men were very polite and got right on to tearing out the old gasket and putting in the new gasket. Nice suction on door again.
John was very personable, friendly and informative. He helped us understand what the problem was, why it occurred, how to prevent in the future and why he was doing what he was doing to fix it. Extremely helpful overall!
He knew immediately what was wrong, fixed it fast and was out. Nice guy, good job!
