He was professional and helpful There is No Way to speak to a Human or any customer service representative regarding bills or service issues. I was told over and over again via text messages to call a phone number and was never able to reach anyone. It’s a constant loop and then you’re hung up on. Don’t use!! They give you a 8 hour window and reschedule at last min , this was the second time! You can’t get ahold of person on the phone or online. It’s a joke !
