Tony was upfront about any costs not covered under the warranty. He answered some questions with easy to understand responses. Sears is lucky to have a quality employee such as Tony.
Super friendly and explained everything he was doing on our a/c system.
Worst customer service ever! You can never talk to a person. It is all automated. They came 4 hours early and no one was home, so they left rather than come at the scheduled time. There is NO WAY to talk to a human to fix this. They responded with an apology (via text that you can't call back to) and gave me a phone number....TO THE SAME AUTOMATED ROBOT! Everything is automated and you cannot talk to a human. We had an appointment for 4:00 p.m. and they showed up at noon. Took a picture of my door and said they were sorry they missed me. There was no way to contact anybody to explain what happened and get it cleared up so that they actually came at 4:00 as the schedule still said. Travis was polite, and down to business. He replaced both switches and encountered more problems. After a long trouble-shooting ordeal the trouble is in the burner hookup & wiring assembly which is no longer avalable from Jenn-Aire or any where else. So we are going to live with what we have untill it goes compleaty to shit,then replace the whole unit.
