Dr Carroll is a good doctor but he needs a class on time management. I waited in a 20 minutes after my appointment to get called an 45 minutes to see the doctor.
The receptionist that answered the phone to schedule appointment was rude and snotty
Dr. Caroll seems to have forgotten to send orders for pain medication to my pharmacy. I was told around 1PM I would receive a call back when I asked several questions in regards to prescription delay, general care post surgery while sleeping, and general care post surgery at work. I never received a call back. I've been sitting in the ER for over an hour. My ear throbbing and bleeding. In an immense amount of pain. It is almost midnight and I need to be up in about five hours to go to work. So thanks for that.
Dr Carrol, saw my wife promptly when she had severe dizziness. He was very responsive, listened to the issues my wife had over the past month and quickly diagnosed her problems. He provided treatment and my wife issues were quickly corrected. Great Doc, personable and caring. Would highly recommend him to anyone with ENT problems.
