Dr. Haslam is very caring and dedicated to his patients. He pays attention to details and ensures they get the right treatment for their injuries. I have also noticed a smile on every lip of his patients after consultation. It's a blessing to have Dr. Haslam as my physician.
My Husband and I enjoyed our time with Dr. Haslam. He was very direct and to the point, but let us ask questions.
The staff was friendly, engaging, the x-ray tech ... I want to duplicate her level of service in every industry, the PA was very knowledgeable, warm and personable, the care I received was exceptional, but the Piece De Resistance ? was Dr. Haslam, sorry Sean himself, he was patient when reviewing the x-rays and going over it all, not just surgery (sigh), he has allowed me time to speak with my family to discuss my options, I'm looking forward to my next visit and I usually hate doctors visits
As a patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis, I am particular about who I trust my joints to. When I have had injuries or needed surgeries, I asked my arthritis doctor and other specialists and Dr. Haslam was recommended. I have been happy with my results.
Dr. Sean Haslam is a very amazing doctor. He's very thorough with his diagnosis and makes sure you understand your treatment options. I moved from the Dallas area to Austin, and still continue to drive up North for examinations. I would recommend him to anyone 10/10 times!
He is very matter of fact about the injury and the treatment. He cares about you personally, and is interested in helping you understand the nature of, and treatments for recovering from your injury. And he is very interested in your well- being overall.
Totally a fantastic visit. All team members and doctor were very professional, friendly, and most importantly easy to understand what needed to be done for my condition. Thank you so much for being there for me. Also, I have recommended my husband make an appointment about the tear in his knee which requires immediately attention to relief his excessive pain.
As far as my experience with Dr. Haslam, he has patience and a good "bedside manner". He will explain things to you, and he will answer whatever questions you have. He does not make you feel rushed. He seems to truly care about you as a person. BUT HIS STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! Each time I've had to get involved multiple times until they do what they're supposed to, with scheduling my preop, my surgery, and now my PT. I've called to complain every single time. For that reason alone is my low score.
Dr. Haslam performed a total hip replacement on me almost two years ago now, and I am still amazed at how much better my life is. I have had no problems since the surgery, and it is so great to be free of pain and able to live a more active and social lifestyle. When I first saw him for my hip pain, he listened to all of my concerns, past, present, and future, and knew with complete confidence what he needed to do to help me. I could go on and on, but I'm out of space. Thank you Dr. Haslam!
