Was seen in a timely manner. Doctor explained everything to me and then asked if I had any questions. All the staff was very friendly.
I guess surgery results patients that end up being bad are dust under the rug for that doctor!!! After he did full knee replacement to my mother in law , that went wrong. He did not want to see us after that. In last 2 days(6 months after surgery) we got opinions of 2 other doctors , who confirmed his mistakes and said if he did revision earlier it would help. But attached letter of full experience with him, that was never answered>
Dr. Haslam has been wonderful. I've had two injuries, ankle and knee, and he's been wonderful through it all.
Very caring Doctor - listens to your concerns carefully and give full attention.
So far I am very pleased on how the entire process is coming together. Going through the survey questions is all well and good. Please keep in mind we still have to have a successful surgery and recovery.

I have had a very positve experience with Dr. Haslam and his staff. I am now scheduling my other knee replacement, so that is the best testimonial I could give. I look forward to running across the soccer fields with my grandchildren again.
I had a distal tear of my biceps tendon and had trouble finding a surgeon. Not only did I get an appointment soon, but I was in surgery a few days later. Dr. Haslam and his team did a great job; Even the way the stitches were made to minimize scarring shows his attention to detail. Baylor Scott & White has provided by far the greatest hospital experience I've ever had. From the time you are greeted by the receptionist, to the medical assistants and nurses, everyone was kind, efficient and caring
