our experience with this clinic was the worst ever, we made an appointment just for a wellness check that my insurance company covers 100% but somehow they billed us for over $4000, they run all kind of test that we never authorized so far we wasted hours and hours on the phone trying to get this right, they never even send me the test results that they supposedly run, I would never go back to this clinic and I will make sure that everyone knows how incompetent they are

my appointment time was changed and my doctor seeing me was changed without my knowledge. arrived at the office 20 minutes prior to appointment where they told me I missed my appointment. they were unapologetic and the original doctor I had made an appointment with was not even there to see me. after I left I received a call saying I missed my appointment. The Seale Harris Clinic has always been nice, helpful, and handled my visits with an interest to my needs. Its the only place that did not keep me all day long. Every phase of my care was professional at all times, and was always making me like i was not just a person lost in the shuffle. Dr. Putman is a Great Doctor! if your wanting fantastic care go to this clinic!
"How could Seale Harris Clinic improve?" They can't, it seems. But they'll never get another penny from me. Time to do what I should have done 5 years ago... find a new Doctor.

Displeased with my visit and handling of a situation with Dr Putmans team. I had a call for my results and had a huge complaint, it took a full week to get an answer back. The lady belittled me and tried arguing with me about something she thought I knew nothing about! I’ve been working in healthcare for six years and know quite a bit about what my rights as a patient is! I’ve never been so disgusted with a way a healthcare professional handled a situation.
