17 minutes ago I would highly recommend you to stay as far away from this clinic as humanly possible. I saw a physician from this group on at least three separate visits regarding the same set of symptoms.I was misdiagnosed and almost died as the result. This group almost killed me. Fortunately, I moved away from Birmingham and now have some of the best physicians in the country. This place does not care about their patients or their well being. Dr. Drake Williams is a drug dealer in a lab coat. So if your looking for a pill pusher and want to hear corny jokes he's your man. His bedside manner is awful, he's not someone you can ask questions, definitely don't have a stroke because he's definitely not going to dot all I's or cross any T's. This review will have nothing to do with the quality of my medical care, which was (I assume) on par with normal standards. This review focuses on Seale Harris's billing dept. Dr. Putman is pleasant and handled my care as well as can be expected. This clinic's billing department, however, is an absolute sham. I am still, to this day, working out billing errors that they committed on services that I received over a year ago. While the physicians are great, billing is a nightmare! They are unable to successfully file paperwork with insurance, leaving the patient responsible for filing claims! I have never experienced anything like this in my life. As much as I love my physician there, it is not worth dealing with rude and incompetent billing staff!
