Seagate built our home during 2019 and 2020, completing it in November 2020. We live in a Seagate community of 28 homes. The community is split between single story and two story homes. All of the two story homes have had roof, water intrusion problems. Despite attempts over the better part of two years, Seagate has consistently failed to recognize its role in these defects and has tried to shift burden to their subcontractor.
