Would strongly recommend avoiding this builder! We are spending $27,000 to repair poorly installed air conditioning and duct work. Even though we made Seagate aware of the issues BEFORE the warranty expired they totally REFUSED to do anything. What a terrible builder The response from Seagate asked me to reopen the dialogue but in fact that was a meaningless gesture. I responded with photos of the issues and copy of the invoice we paid. Late, overbudget, poor communication, faulty work that created water damage and didn't take responsibility.

Absolute worst employer in SWFL Construction Manager (Former Employee) - Fort Myers, FL - October 15, 2024 Seagate upper management is a joke. The company shuffles customer money around to cover their own expenses and does not pay their vendors in a timely manner. They put together extremely poor quality homes and covered it up with fancy finishes to hide poor craftsmanship.
