Initially was very impressed but after consul with Doctor, I was very unhappy. I rang to complain and request a review and was given total lip service. I rang again on Saturday, the receptionist refused to take a message and told me if I didn't like the treatment to go elsewhere. Very Very Unhappy
If I could give zero stars, I would. After the awful encounter I recently experienced I’ve had enough , I feel incredibly disappointed (not the first time). I have been attending this clinic for over 10 years since I was adolescence , and both doctors know me very well. Had my first appointment. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful.
Dr Malak Bedirian was excellent. She was also focussed on preventing progression of illness with testing.
