Great medical team providing good service
Initially was very impressed but after consul with Doctor, I was very unhappy. I rang to complain and request a review and was given total lip service. I rang again on Saturday, the receptionist refused to take a message and told me if I didn't like the treatment to go elsewhere. Very Very Unhappy
If I could give zero stars, I would. After the awful encounter I recently experienced I’ve had enough , I feel incredibly disappointed (not the first time). I have been attending this clinic for over 10 years since I was adolescence , and both doctors know me very well. I am currently being treated by another doctor as part of my medical team for a chronic and debilitating condition that I was only recently diagnosed with after countless specialist appointments.
