Seaford beach family clinic is conveniently located to shops and station. Saw Dr Mohib here. Really skilled clinician and caring communicator. Surgery is clean and orderly. Access is shared with chemist next door. Parking available on rear street.
Only trainee doctors now, doctors have left or leaving, my doctor is leaving, so went to see another doctor, was then informed they were just trainee and can't help me. The owner also said can't help, and have no one in the clinic or area they can refer me too.
Dr Zafar is an amazing doctor here he has been proactive with my treatments and checkups. The reception staff here are great as well I'm very impressed with the service here at the clinic.
Most of the doctors are great, but my experience with Dr Nim was not so great. I arrive on time to my appointment, she was 10 minutes late. Standard consult is 15 minutes long. Did not even acknowledge her lateness or apologise. Secondly, I requested a swab. More than a week later, I hear NOTHING. No notification or message from HotDoc regarding my results. and I call the reception and find out from them that the email was sent to Dr Nim, but it was UNREAD and it's been there for over a week.
