I am writing this to share a concerning experience at the Sea Mar Cedar Street location. I went in for a routine cleaning with Dr. O'Haver, but the process felt extremely aggressive and resulted in two of my teeth being chipped. This place deserves a negative 3 stars. This is the worst place I've ever been to. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. They cancel on you without warning, telling you its your fault after saying you didn't confirm via phonecall (there was no phonecall.) They said they called me on the 21st of Jan. I showed them my phone log. The receptionist let me look at her screen and it was confirmed they would have only sent confirmation via email or text which neither were received.
