I wen-to the clinic today for an appointment I had scheduled since last month. To try to get a Night guard with supposed Specialist Nisha Sharoff, DDS, MS. Since beginning she stated Not understanding what I was saying. When I said Nose Congested, She started saying constipated so in the stomach and a lot of things. I've been coming here for quite a while (about 1.5 years but LOTS of appts.) and have had less issues than any other dentistry I've been to before. The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient, and patient. 95% of the time it's been a fantastic experience. The only gripe I have is with the automated phone call you get a few days before your appt. once it didn't register my confirmation of my appt. then showed up and couldn't do it.
