Great service and staff, however; they contacted me 24 hours prior to my last visit (via text) to ask for confirmation regarding my upcoming appointment, and it only gave me a measly 5 hours after receiving the text before sending a second text stating that my appointment was canceled... THAT IS NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH TIME FOR US TO RESPOND! That appointment was on my calendar for two months, I had no intention to miss it, but because of your terrible automated system I was forced to reschedule. Schedule my appointment weeks in advance. I took off work to make it to my appointment because they are not open on weekends or evenings. When I got to the appointment, they told my appointment has been cancelled because I didn’t confirm two days prior. I never received a call, text, or email to confirm. How am I supposed to confirm my appointment without anywhere to confirm it? I also was not notified about this cancellation process at the time of making my appointment.

If you care about your health and want proper dental treatment instead of having your healthy teeth and jaw damaged, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely negative — in nearly 40 years of life, I’ve never had such a nightmare at a dental office. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

Poor service. I received a call the day before to confirm my appointment, the day of my appointment the receptionist tells me there was a misunderstanding and they gave my spot to another patient. They did not try to accommodate they simply asked me to reschedule for another day. I even explained that I left work early because they confirmed my appointment the day before. It was my first time going to the clinic as a new patient, will not return.
