Three appointments to fix one tooth ridiculous also jaw was sore for a week because of the numbing injection he was too rough no compassion
I just had a root canal done at the dentist office today down there on Cushman in downtown Tacoma they did okay but when they said that they're going to send a prescription out to Safeway for antibiotics and they never did I hate being lied to all the seamar likes to lie to people do people and when you got an upcoming appointment they don't even call you to let you know also that gets canceled and they only got one telephone number and it goes to one person to answer the phone I think they should have different numbers that... read more
Great service and staff, however; they contacted me 24 hours prior to my last visit (via text) to ask for confirmation regarding my upcoming appointment, and it only gave me a measly 5 hours after receiving the text before sending a second text stating that my appointment was canceled... THAT IS NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH TIME FOR US TO RESPOND! That appointment was on my calendar for two months, I had no intention to miss it, but because of your terrible automated system I was forced to reschedule. Schedule my appointment weeks in advance. I took off work to make it to my appointment because they are not open on weekends or evenings. When I got to the appointment, they told my appointment has been cancelled because I didn’t confirm two days prior. I never received a call, text, or email to confirm. How am I supposed to confirm my appointment without anywhere to confirm it? I also was not notified about this cancellation process at the time of making my appointment.
