Went to this Salon for a Brazilian wax, which includes all genital area! (mentioned on google too), picture attached. I also request for half upper legs...as mentioned on their website, pics attached, I should have been charged $90.00. However, once I went to pay. I was told that the butt area was not included in the Brazilian wax and my hair was too much (loudly infront of all other clients; which it wasn't) so they charged me more! I was happy with my hard gel French tip nail extensions when I left the salon until after a week; my thumb nail cracked and started to lift. I am very careful with my nails and wear gloves to protect both my hands and nails. I went to get it fixed, free or charge (I demanded it because as per their ad; it’s guaranteed to not lift or break). This is one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The gel polish wrinkled immediately, and my toenails were cut uneven. 3 days later, I had cracks on 4 of my toes. (For reference, my pedicures from other places tend to last at least 4 weeks!) The reason I am giving three stars is due to the clean-looking atmosphere.
I came in on 8/13 at 10:00 for my pedicure appointment with Andy and waited for half an hour because they double-booked him. I asked for a discount for waiting for so long and the woman said yes, but I was charged full price - not only that, but I never received the emailed discount and they didn’t honor my rewards points. I tried contacting the business first to express my concern, and they ignored me. Won’t be returning.
My daughter and I have been coming to Sese since it’s opening, conveniently located near our home. We lucked out! The staff is so kind, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. The place is so bright, clean and modern. I’ve rotated thru the staff and each one of them is friendly and talented. Lily the owner is very accommodating. Great gem in the Blvd shopping center!
